The problem is amplified for those people living with ADHD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and depression.

The theory and the processes are simple, you’ve probably read guides, bought books, or watched shows on the subject – it’s knowing where to start that is the problem. And once you’ve started how do you cope with the additional chaos you’re creating?
Stressed and overwhelmed with the amount of stuff or the size of the task people tell me that their home isn’t a sanctuary; instead, it’s feeling more like a trap.
